Returns Policy
We operate on a no return and refund policy for all items, with the only exception being if the product is received damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please bring it to our notice within 2 working days of receiving the shipment, along with supporting images of the damaged item. Please return your product within 10 working days after sending the email, please send an email to info@bagus.in along with a copy of the invoice.
If more than 2 working days have passed since the delivery, we cannot offer a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging as received, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
