Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
Products are typically dispatched within 7 working days of order confirmation, depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery, we will notify you. In case the product is unavailable, we will source it and dispatch it, with the duration communicated by our customer care team.
To return your product, please send an email to info@bagus.in along with a copy of the invoice.
Returns
We operate on a no return and refund policy for all items, with the only exception being if the product is received damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please bring it to our notice within 2 working days of receiving the shipment, along with supporting images of the damaged item.
If more than 2 working days have passed since the delivery, we cannot offer a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging as received, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
