Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

We do not offer exchanges or returns on discounted products or items purchased during a sale.

In the event that the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or is damaged, please photograph the issue as soon as you open the packaging.

It’s important to note that many of our products are handcrafted from natural materials, each with its own unique flaws, imperfections, and color variations.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please contact our care team within 2 working days of delivery and provide the following information:

Specify the reason for return. In the case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and that the original tags are intact.

Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, we will initiate the process of sending the replacement product to you. Considering that our products are intricately handcrafted, please allow for our standard delivery time. Our customer care team will provide you with the specific timeline for delivery.
